TRAINING IN SUP
SUP IS A SPORT FOR EVERYONE
Women, men, adults or children ... it doesn't matter! If you want to be in contact with nature, training your body at its best, and in a balanced way, this is the sport for you.
From a physical point of view it can get really challenging, but like all sports, a gradual approach makes a difference, we both know that you don't prepare for a marathon in two days. The advantage of the sup?
When you are tired you can take a bath, and believe us when we tell you that it becomes pleasant even in winter.
The substantial difference between courses, lessons and sup training is that sup training will help you improve your performance on the board and keep your body trained, while the lessons and courses serve to give you the fundamental or advanced notions for paddle.
To take part in sup training it is necessary to have completed the sup course or to demonstrate knowledge of advanced progression and tacking techniques.

CONCENTRATION
On board your sup board you will have to check your body and your surroundings. You will develop your ability to concentrate in a fun way.

EQUILIBRIUM
You can be sure, practicing sup racing you will greatly improve your balance and coordination. Constant proprioceptive work will change your ability to find balance.

MUSCLE TONE
From the toes up to the head, the sup will stimulate every single muscle fiber in your body, keeping your balance on a racing board and running it forward with speed requires a good workout for your body.
